Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Jae Wook Ryu MD PhD from Seoul Korea. Dr Ryu is the team doctor of professional baseball team (Woori Heros). I have a completely torn ACL, partially torn MCL and LCL. Will PRP work for me, or should I not even bother and just stick with surgery?

Has the treatment been done on a completely torn ACL and if so what were the results?

The treatment will not work for a completely torn ACL. It will work with a partially torn ACL. The platelets injected need something to work with. Complete ACL tears have no endpoints.
